Refund Policy

1. Template Purchases (Digital Products)

• Strictly No Refunds: Because our templates are delivered instantly as digital downloads, they are entirely non-refundable.
• We provide extensive previews and demos prior to purchase to ensure the product meets your needs. Please review all templates thoroughly before buying.

2. Edit Services

• No Refunds Once Started: Once our team begins work on tailoring or editing your template, the service is non-refundable.
• If a cancellation is requested before any work has begun, a refund may be provided at our discretion minus any processing fees.

3. Custom Websites

• Custom websites require significant manual design and development time and are non-refundable.
• This includes all configuration, layout, and deployment work agreed upon at the start of the project.

4. Exceptions

Refunds may be issued only under the following rare circumstances:

• We completely fail to deliver the agreed product or service.
• A critical technical error prevents the delivery of the digital file, and our support team is unable to resolve it within 48 hours of notification.

5. Unauthorised Chargebacks

Any unauthorised chargebacks or payment disputes will result in the immediate suspension of your license, removal of rights to use any WoW templates, and may result in legal action to recover the disputed amount and associated fees.
